My experience with Baseus line of products began with Baseus GAMO Game (Immersive virtual 3D game earphones). The GAMO made me realize the potential Baseus holds, and the amazing value for money it offers.
Although, officially, this was my first experience with Baseus Pakistan (www.baseus.pk), I gotta say their customer care service is top-notch. For yesterday (Tuesday, August 12, 2025), I made a query on their WhatsApp ([****]), asking if the option for cash on delivery (COD) was available for the city of Faisalabad? To my delight COD was offered.
The customer care representative then inquired about the specific Baseus product for which the query was being made. Answering: Baseus Encok HZ20 Wired Earphones, I was told, additionally, that these earphones were on Independence Day sale, and hence, were being sold at a discount. I, at once, ordered a pair of 'em earphones.
After confirming my shipping details, I received the courier tracking number from Baseus customer care representative within 20 minutes of my placing the order (perhaps because I placed the order at 1912 (07:12 pm), which may very well be around the time when the dispatch/delivery service arrives for pickups).
Today (Wednesday, August 13, 2025), at 1147 (11:47 am), the courier arrived. Package received. Money owed, repaid. Unwrapped the nicely packed earphones, plugged them in, and I was hooked. Awesome sound quality, very nice bass, and joyous listening experience.
I thanked the Baseus customer care service on their official WhatsApp ([****]) channel for delivering amazing value, promptly. It was at that moment that I was asked, by the customer care representative, to leave a review here. Hence, you're reading this somewhat long review/story. And I thank you for your time.
